In this course we create mosaics out of glass, ceramics, tile, eggshells and found objects. The students explore color, shape and texture in this hands on mosaic class. This course covers mosaic design, terminology, types of materials, substrates, fixatives, tools and their use, setting, grouting, sealing and finishing.
