Planned Recurring Donations Increasingly people are recognizing that recurring monthly donations can be an easy way to build charitable giving into a budget while benefiting the school significantly. These recurring gifts can be limited to a specific time or can be open-ended. We will send you a single calendar year acknowledgment, and will also send yearly reminders for open-ended recurring gifts. Please contact the school office at 512-454-5797 to authorize a recurring monthly gift. If you set this up independently with your bank or credit card company, please let us know so that we can properly thank you for your gifts! Corporate Matching Gifts This is a wonderful opportunity to double or even triple your gift. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Gifts of Securities Gifts of securities are way to support Griffin School that may reduce your tax responsibilities. If you give stocks or mutual funds held more than one year to Griffin School, you will avoid recognition of capital gains and receive a federal income tax deduction for the fair market value of the securities. Please contact the school office at 512-454-5797 to arrange a donation of securities. Tax ID Information Griffin School is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit corporation. This means that donations to Griffin School reduce the federal income and estate tax burden for donors to the full extent allowable by law.
