A Fairy Tale Themed Adult Party and Annual Fundraiser for The Griffin School Featuring Soul Track Mind { Click here to view invitation }
Once upon a time... There was a group of teachers who formed an extraordinary college preparatory and arts-focused high school for bright and creative students. These courageous and passionate educators called their creation “The Griffin School.” 14 years later, the Griffin faculty, abhorrers of indifference and valuers of authenticity, continue to offer an educational experience rich in informality and strong in content. This little jewel of a school continues to sparkle and do its part to keep Austin weird and wonderful. Today... The school is on a quest for a new location, and so the next chapter of this story will unfold in a (not so) distant land. But we need your help to make it so. The pleasure of your company is requested at the Fifth Annual Griffin School Re-Prom Benefit. As usual, we have stolen the theme from our student prom, which takes place one week earlier. Costumes from your favorite fairy tale or fantasy tale are strongly encouraged but definitely not required. Ebullient, sweaty, soul music from Soul Track Mind. Beer, wine and Happily Ever After cocktails. Silent auction of magnificent works of art. Tickets $20 per person or $10 for Griffin alum. Sponsorship and ticket purchase information is at www.griffinschool.org/reprom.php. It is not necessary to be a Griffin parent, teacher or alum to attend and enjoy this event. If you appreciate a good party complete with over the top costumes, fabulous live music and a gorgeous nighttime view of Austin you should come and dance the night away (until you turn into a pumpkin)!
All funds raised at Re-Prom will support Griffin School students in need of financial assistance and help us fulfill our mission as a college
preparatory high school empowering a community of learners through a focus on the arts.
 At Re-Prom, we will be auctioning a wide variety of donated items. To donate items for the silent auction, download a Silent Auction Form and contact the school office at 454-5797 or caroline@griffinschool.org.  Whether you will be able to attend Re-Prom or not, please consider making a contribution to The Griffin School by becoming a sponsor.
